He holds a master's degree in law (Summa cum laude) from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, in the field of public law. Saba is a participant of a number of international projects and the author of scientific publications in the field of human rights, personal data protection and regulation of artificial intelligence. Saba actively conducts trainings on the topic of personal data protection for both private and public sector representatives. It is within this framework that Saba cooperates with us.
She has more than 20 years of experience in public service and private business, as well as in the educational field.
At different times, she worked as a deputy head of the bureau in the National Enforcement Bureau, as an assistant judge in the Supreme Court of Georgia, as a panel judge in the civil and administrative affairs panels of the Tbilisi City Court, as an arbitrator in the Permanent Arbitration Disputes Center (DRC).
Sophia is a member of the Bar Association, an associate member of the Georgian Law Firms Association (SIFA) and a member of the Business Rehabilitation and Insolvency Practitioners Association (BRIPA), a partner of GPN LLC.
