Salome is a certified mediator of the Edwards Mediation Academy and a member of the Georgia Mediation Association.
In 2024 year she become certified mediator by International Mediation Campus.
Also, in 2024, she was certified by Harvard Business School Online in Negotiation Mastery specialization.
Ana is a partner of 4S and leads the direction of management consulting in the company. She has over 10 years of experience working in the Caucasus and Middle East region both in local and international companies.
Ana leads projects of various scope and complexity in the public and private sector, including with international organizations such as EBRD, FMO, USAID, UNDP and others. Ana has extensive experience in market research and analysis, commercial audits, business process optimization, corporate strategy, feasibility studies, and business plan development in various economic sectors such as oil and gas, banking, technology, renewables, retail and wholesale, HoReCa.
Ana holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in finance from the Caucasus University. She received full funding to participate in an exchange program at Georgia State University's Robinson College in Atlanta, USA.
She has eight years of experience working in various companies as corporate and litigation lawyer. The main fields of her work are private law, corporate, insurance, personal data protection, labor law, contract law, government tenders, copyright, and related rights. Her work covers a variety methods of alternative dispute resolution such as negotiation, mediation, litigation and more. She holds a Master's degree in Private (Business) Law.
He has more than 6 years of experience in the field of private and administrative law. His specialization is: public procurement law, business law, labor law, issues related to enforcement processes, issues related to real estate, retail sales, etc.
Sandro graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from Tbilisi State University in 2020. Later, in 2022, he completed a Master of Business Administration degree in management from the University of Business and Technology.
